What is a custom song? 

A custom song is a personalised song, written for you inspired by your unique love story. At LoveStories we aim to work with you to create a song that is meaningful and unique. You choose the occasion, mood and tempo and tell us everything you want included in your song and we will do the rest!  

We specialise in wedding songs but cater to other life events such as: anniversaries, birthdays and celebrations of life. If you have something specific in mind, please get in touch to discuss your requirements lovestoriesbycaragh@gmail.com  

 

How does it work? 

When you place your order, you will be asked to complete a form which asks some questions about what you’re looking for. We will arrange for a call to discuss details of you and/or your loved one, where you met, what is special about your relationship and any specific things you want our artist to include. The more detail you provide, the more personalised we can make your song.  

You have the option to include your own lyrics if you wish, or our songwriter will write for you.  

When your song is ready, we will email you a high-quality MP3 of you song, along with any extras you have ordered.

 

How long does it take? 

We aim to complete your custom song in about 7 days, however in some cases, this may take longer. In these instances we will contact you directly to discuss. Please note, there may be additional charges depending on your requests.   

 

How much does it cost? 

We offer two Song Packages that start from £149 and have some optional extras you can add to your order.

Silver Package: £149  

Acoustic guitar and/or piano + vocals and harmonies

 2 verses + chorus and be approximately 2-3 minutes in length 

Fully mixed and mastered

Gold Package: £199

Bespoke packages include performances of the song (virtually or in-person) for an additional fee, contact us to discuss your requirements.

 

Do you do cover songs? 

Unfortunately, due to copyright laws we do not offer re-recordings, or re-creations of cover songs. We encourage you to tell us what kind of sound you would like by sending a YouTube link to a song/artist you like and we will do what we can to create something with a similar feel.  

 

Who owns the song? 

LoveStories by Caragh own 100% of the rights to all recordings of the song however, you are free to use the song for personal purposes. This includes sharing on social media, with friends and family and for personal un-branded events, such as weddings, anniversaries, special occasions etc.

We currently do not offer a Commercial Licence for businesses, social media influencers, for re-sale or using the song for commercial purposes. Please read our full terms and conditions on how you can use your song.

Can I request profanity in my songs? 

You can, however we do have some caveats: 

• We have the right to refuse any requests that contain derogatory language towards legally protected status (eg. Race, religion, sex, age etc.) 

• Politically orientated material  

• Anything we consider to be harmful or inciting hatred and/or violence  

In the event we refuse your request, you will be fully refunded.
